Design Institute of San Diego (DISD) is an interior design college nationally recognized for the excellence of its interior design degree program. DISD is one of the few interior design schools solely specialized in interior design. For over 30 years, our students have benefited from a structured, sequential curriculum in a highly creative environment.

EARN YOUR DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGN
DISD's four-year interior design program leads to a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design degree, accredited by CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation). The BFA degree course schedule is offered both day and evening. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Undergraduate study in interior design provides an artistic, intellectual and technical foundation for you to develop not only a professional career, but a rewarding and meaningful life that gives back to the community.

The faculty includes practicing interior designers, architects, artists, historians, environmental psychologists, lighting designers, engineers, computer technologists, and business consultants; all working professionals in their fields who bring up-to-date knowledge into the classroom.

DISD takes an active role assisting our students in planning their interior design careers and finding professional positions in the industry. With an enrollment of up to 500, personal attention enhances the education and development of each student. Our students do amazing work and frequently take home awards from industry competitions.
